East Coast oysters, Liquid gold oxtail jus, Japanese panko, and a hint of piri piri sauce,garnished with caviar and micro arugula.

2nd course

Oxtail Mirepoix Brodo

Tender lean oxtail simmered for 8 hours with mirepoix, pumpkin, garlic, and a blend of aromatic herbs and spices for a rich, hearty flavor.

3rd course

Mini Trifongo 

Deboned oxtail & lobster meat, paired with a trio of mashed and lightly fried green plantains, yellow plantains, and cassava, with herbs & spices served in bed of Liquid Gold Oxtail Jus & garnished with micro cilantro.

4th course

Surf & Turf Irie Pasta

Tender deboned oxtail and succulent Argentine red shrimp, whole wheat linguine in a Liquid Gold Oxtail Cream sauce garnished with micro arugula.

5th Course

Plantain Bread Pudding

D’ussé-infused caramel drizzled over warm plantain bread pudding, topped with vanilla whipped cream and a sprinkle of aromatic cinnamon.
